Happy Monday Friends. I hope you all had a great weekend! I can not believe January is almost over!! This robe pictured below is the softest thing ever, lined with fleece and so cozy! I ordered it after Christmas and have been living in it! That blanket is our favorite to cuddle with, looks the leopard is sold out but I linked an identical one from the same brand.
Thursday night my neighbor, good friend, and fellow blogger Rick hosted a wine tasting at Monarch Wines, one of my favorite wine stores. They were just written up in the latest issue of Food and Wine. They have such a unique wine selection, locals you must check out the shop!
Rick pouring up the wines. We sampled 5 pinot noirs and I really enjoyed them all. Plus I learned a lot about how pinots are made and different from other red wines.

Newly obsessed with this creamed honey. It is so good on toast and I put a little in my coffee too. My mom bought it for me at Costco.
Saturday night we headed for another wine tasting with our neighbors. Sterling insisted he wanted to make a cheese platter for the kids which I thought was adorable.
This time we sampled 5 Spanish reds.
Rick printed out these cute sheets that we used to take notes on the wines. I really learned alot about how to properly taste wine.
I wore this off shoulder slouchy top and it is only $15! It runs TTS and comes in several colors. I am wearing a size small.
Rick made the most delicious veggie chili. He said the recipe will be on his blog and when it is I will link over to it!
Sunday we went to church and Sterling wrote the cutest prayer request card. I love that he named his wife:)
After church we went out to country to let the kids play. It was such a beautiful day.

Topped with roasted salmon, super tasty and low carb which I am working on eating for FWFL.
I used this dressing from Trader Joe’s so yummy!! Seriously I want to stock up on this it is so tasty.
A little ice cream after dinner. Why I am just now trying Halo Top ice cream is beyond me. So delicious, I can’t wait to try some new flavors. We had the peanut butter cup last night and let’s just say we almost ate the entire pint!
One of my favorite Summer dresses is now on sale 70% off under $100. I know several of you messaged me wanting a post on resort wear since you have upcoming vacations so I will work on that this week!

I love all of the salads/healthy dishes that you mention you make & eat. Just wondering – since I have a very picky 3 year old – do your kids eat most of what you eat or are you having to make something separate for them? Thanks!!
