Happy Thursday!  Today I have some food ideas to share, outfits and more random stuff!  These are always my favorite kind of posts with a mix of it all!

Outfit planning this week.

Wore basically the same outfit yesterday but had to switch to boots because it was so cold! I just love the fringe detail on this sweater.

I made my Chopped Chinese Chicken Salad this week and forgot how good it was.  Such a great way to eat the rainbow and lots of healthy veggies.

I have been trying to cut back on carbs for prep week for the Faster Way to Fat Loss Program I start Monday.  Another favorite easy and low carb dinner is tacos minus the shells and use lettuce as a wrap. This is lettuce layered with black refried beans, ground beef, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, avocado, and jalapenos.

This Tuna and White Bean Salad is an easy idea for a quick and filling lunch.  I topped it with hummus and GG crackers.

I also I ordered this new flavor of the GG Crackers in the Raisin and Honey flavor.  I have been eating them for breakfast with peanut butter and strawberries or bananas.  I think they are really good and they honestly keep me full from all the fiber.  You can order them HERE.

Fleece Pullover

I just finished this book called Match Made in Manhattan and really loved it.  It is largely based on true stories of the author Amanda’s dating life.   She is just out of a 2 year relationship and signs up for a dating app and she shares all her dates over the next year.  It was well written and such a light and easy read!

Do yourself a favor and download the Google Arts and Culture App.  The kids and I have had a blast with it.  It is so funny!
