Happy Thursday!  Today is another brain dump day.  Iknow many of you said these you were favorite kind of posts to read and honestly they are my favorite to write because I can touch on so many different topics!

Yesterday Frances Moon and I had a girl’s day and went shopping and out to lunch with my mom.  So much fun.  The chambray top I am wearing is currently 40%, it has the cutest tie sleeves and is a great length!

Ben and I had dinner last night at Leyla’s with my parents.  How adorable are they? We got into a debate at dinner about who I looked like more my mom or my dad.  I always thought both but Ben says I look just like my Dad. Thoughts?

Leyla’s is a favorite spot here.  It is Lebanese cuisine and everything is always so amazing.  Mom and I shared the Fattoush Salad and Veggie Platter.

This is week one of my Faster Way to Fat Loss program.  It is all about Intermittent fasting paired with the right food choices and exercises.  3 days in I can tell I am going to like this program.  My stomach already feels less bloated and flatter.  You can read more about the program HERE and sign ups are open for the next round.  After my 6 weeks I will do a full post on results and my thoughts.

Two low carb meals I made this week.  I will try and do an entire post on meals in another week or two. The good thing about this program is you use the My Fitness Pal App to enter your food and it really helps me to see what I need more or less of.  I don’t enough enough protein in general so I have been trying to add that in my meals.

GP’s Turkey Meatballs + arugula with green goddess dressing + roasted zucchini.  These meatballs are great because they have no bread in them and they are actually really good.

This is so random but Ben and I just finished Walking Dead and now we have been addicted to watching Naked and Afraid.  It is such a random show but so interesting to me especially since i wouldn’t last a day in the wilderness- haha! We need a good new show to start on netflix or amazon any recs?
