Happy Monday Friends!  Sorry I was a little slack on the blog last week and didn’t post everyday.  I have been a little uninspired lately so if you have any fabulous ideas of blog posts you would like to see send them my way!!

Tee Shirt Dress | Sunglasses

I had a fun meeting with Charleston Food and Wine this week.  Stay tuned I will be covering part of the Food and Wine festivities, I am so excited to be part of the street team this year!

I picked up lunch at Huriyali, such an awesome healthy little spot.

I picked up the Immunity smoothie (because I have been sick with bronchitis this past week) and the beet hummus wrap.

What I Wore:
Blouse| Jeans | Flip Flops

We celebrated Sterling’s 8th birthday a week early with his friends.  We will celebrate again this weekend with my family on his actual birthday!

Can not believe he is almost 8!! I am so proud of the sweet young boy he is turning into.

I had several messages about my blouse I am wearing below, it is older but I found the same version in a different color on major sale Here and Here

Outfit Inspiration with the cutest ruffle back stripe tee.  It is adorable on!

Stripe Tee (also here) | Earrings | Jeans (the best high waisted jeans) | Mules | Purse

Wore those earrings out for date night this past week.  They are my favorite they go with everything.  My Blouse is on major sale too.

The prettiest sunset on the way to dinner.

Date night at Indacco and thanks to my sweet Florida readers for stopping to say hi to us!!

I had a girl’s sleepover with Frances Moon Friday night:)

We tried out a new breakfast spot Sunday on James Island and loved it!

Huevos Rancheros is always my favorite breakfast (and for those wondering I skip my fast 1-2 days a week to allow for a breakfast out).

The It blouse for Spring!  Ruffles + Stripes = perfection.  Runs TTS, I am wearing a small.

Blouse (also here) | Earrings

Favorite night time combo.  The vitamin C is so good for your skin.  It feels so refreshed after this duo!

Fresh Mask + Moisturizer

Have a great Monday!

I know your out of this phase of your life but I just had my first baby girl 6 weeks ago. I was a size 2 pre pregnancy and I gained about 40 pounds. I did eat what I wanted more than I should have. I dropped 20 right away and I know it hasn’t been that long since I gave birth but what did you do to get your weight off fast after babies? I really want to fit back into my clothes come spring.

Would love to see a blog post about your fave “drug store” beauty finds! I know you took a poll about it a while back, but I don’t remember seeing a post (perhaps I missed it though). 🙂
    Always love reading!

Obsessed with that striped blouse! I’d love to hear more about your blogging journey, actually. How you got started/how you stay inspired/challenges/highs and lows, etc. 🙂

  4. I love to see what parents pack for kid lunches, or OOTD for kids choosing their own.

Natalie, I have been reading your blog for over two years now and it’s one of my favorites. I love how real you are, and I love how irreverent and honest you can be. Some of my favorite posts are when you unleash all of these raw thoughts or facts about what is going on in your life. It resonates with me. Being a mom is hard, and there are always these friends who always look perfect and make it seem SO easy, but I love the friends who see you on the playground, disheveled and barely hanging on, and text you later that evening to see if they can come over after you put your kids to bed and bring a bottle of wine with them. Then they tell you about all the things THEIR kids did that day. How do you do it all? Especially now as a single mom? I am married, but my husband works for the airlines, so he’s gone half the month. We have 2 grade school aged kids, kid activities, I am trying to lose the baby weight (my son is SIX), run a business, wash my hair more than once a week and TRY, TRY to leave the house looking presentable and not such a sh*t show. I would LOVE to hear how you’re managing it all … for camaraderie and/or maybe some new ideas. I am typing this as I wait for my daughter to finish gymnastics, after an 8 hour day filled with work, an Orange Theory class, a trip to TJ’s, Target, homework, dinner prep, babysitter hand-off and somehow I forgot to shower. I pity the moms sitting next to me. Keep up the good work Natalie. You make me laugh. Your exercise posts make me want to accumulate more splat points in OT so I can look good in leggings. Your truisms about children and their borderline schizophrenic personalities are hilarious, and I love the posts about PJ’s … I’ve purchased many of the styles you’ve rocked over the years, but I fall short of enjoying them with a stemless glass of wine, because I am already asleep from my crazy day as a part-time single mom.

I think that you should go into detail about your haircare, and how you keep your blonde hair looking healthy and bright! (Maybe throw in a few splurge/steal items!)

I love reading your blog! I would love it if you would do some “how to wear” posts where you share how you would style specific trends. Like “how to wear holey jeans” or “how to style a romper.” Some of us need some help putting it all together.

I just moved from Texas to St. Simons Island, GA and now I have a Harris Teeter!! I know some readers don’t have them but I would love a list of best things to get at Harris Teeter, Trader Joes (the ever popular shopping list so maybe not?), anywhere else you shop for food!

Hi Natalie! I have been reading your blog for a couple years now and love it! Your recipes are on point and I have made many of them. I would love a post on your favorites and must have cook books!!

    – what to look for in an antique store for your home
    – home DIY projects or inexpensive ways to revamp your living room/bedroom
    – closet staples by season & closet organization ideas
    – more smoothie recipes to make at home 🙂

LOVE LOVE LOVE your blog so much.
