Last night I tried out a new restaurant here called Felix located on King Street. There have been so many awesome new restaurants that keep opening here. I have quite the list of ones I want to try out! Do you guys like to see Charleston restaurant posts? With reviews of restaurants and what food to order? I think I am going to start showing more local spots! I wore this blue and white stripe dress that the girls at Monkee’s of Mt Pleasant were sweet enough to send me- the store is opening in July and I can’t wait! All the cocktails on the menu sounded so yummy. I had this vodka grapefruit one and it was delicious. They use all freshly squeezed juice.
We shared several dishes and I honestly loved everything. The lobster deviled eggs were amazing.
I also loved this salad and want to recreate it at home. That bottom layer is a layer of whipped brie then butter lettuce and fennel topped with fresh herbs and hazelnuts. It was amazing.
The truffled mushroom flatbread was also delicious.

I have super dry skin and this works miracles. It is super hydrating and really moisturizes your skin making it feel like silk. I apply this at night before bed.
I apply this first thing every morning. I was skeptical about face oil at first but now I feel like my skin craves it. It contains 9 oils that really moisturize and nourish your skin.
I use eye cream both day and night. Since my skin is dry I like to moisturize under my eyes to prevent my make-up from caking up. This eye cream helps diminish dark eye circles and puffiness.
Please continue to do Charleston restaurant posts! We moved to James Island in November, and your reviews have been SO helpful as we look for new restaurants to try out. Felix is on our list too…..will have to visit them very soon 🙂
Please keep posting the restaurant posts for Charleston and the island! We were there for spring break this past April and we went to a couple of restaurants in Charleston and one on the island. All were great restaurants too!
