Happy Monday! Greetings from Figure Eight! I wanted to share a few pictures from our family vacation. It is always our favorite week! The kids have been up and at em bright early every morning to look for seashells!

Also being on vacation and being so thankful for my family has made me think a lot about my friend April in Charlotte. I don’t know her per se but thats the beauty of this blogging community our virtual friends feel like real friends. Her daughter was just diagnosed with a terminal illness- you can read more about it HERE. If you could pray for her and her family it would be mean so much. Also if you feel compelled to donate to help them with medical expenses you can do that HERE. She and her husband are both self employed so their insurance does not cover much. My heart just breaks for her. I just can’t not even begin to imagine what she is dealing with. It is every parent’s worst nightmare, so lets pray for her and help comfort her during these difficult times.
Thank you so much for mentioning April’s tragic family situation on your blog. It was very kind. The more people that are praying and able to help out financially the better.

We live in Southern California so not familiar with “Figure Eight”. It looks fabulous. Is that Figure Eight Island? That is what I came up with when I googled it. Beautiful family.
