Thank you for all the messages you guys have sent me praying for our family as we wait for hurricane Florence and what kind of damage she will bring to Charleston. The unknown aspect of these big storms is so scary. Sending prayers to anyone in her path. Today I wanted to share a super easy appetizer, Only 5 ingredients. We made this last week and it was so yummy. Super easy to whip together and full of so many great flavors! Enjoy!
B U R R A T A A P P E T I Z E R
3 balls of burrata broken up
1 pint heirloom or multi colored cherry tomatoes sliced in half
1 jar pesto (I used Trader Joe’s Vegan pesto)
mozzarella balls
balsamic vinegar
sliced baugette
Break the burrata into pieces and scatter over the platter. Top with mozzarella balls and cherry tomatoes. Top with pesto and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Serve with sliced baguette.
