Today I wanted to share a few Beauty and Health items I am a fan of.

Ice Roller- I mentioned this before but thanks to my friends at Somewhere Lately I am obsessed with this baby.  I try and use it most mornings.  You keep it in your freezer and then just roll your neck and face.  It helps with skin circulation, puffiness, and swelling.  Under $15.  My kids love to use it too (haha) they think it is so cool.

Cucumber Detox Eye Patches– my morning routine is that I usually drink my hot lemon water put on these eye patches and roll my face.  These help with under eye puffiness, I swear I can feel my skin tighten while I wear these.

 

Whitening Toothpaste- my friend who is a dental assistant sent me this toothpaste to try and I am obsessed.  I used to use Crest White strips but I don’t need to anymore because this really whitens your teeth.  It lasts forever too.  Trust me you will be amazed at the results.

Eyeshadow- I have been getting lots of questions recently about my eyeshadow.   This is the palette I use and love so many great colors.  I use the lighter ones during the day and the darker ones at night.

 

Glide on Gel Eyeliner- I alternate eyeliners frequently but I have been loving the Urban Decay pencil right now.   It goes on so smoothly and is easy to apply.
