Today I wanted to talk about a few of my favorite basic items. So many of these are part of the Shopbop sale, so a great time to invest in some basic pieces.

ONE | Basic Maxi Dress– this is the kind of dress you can dress up with heels or throw on sneakers/sandals for a casual look. This one is under $60 and one of my favorites.

TWO| Skinny Black Jeans– these are the best black jeans. So flattering, high waisted with the perfect amount of stretch.

THREE| Quay After Dark Sunglasses– I love these sunnies only $55 and every time I wear them I get asked where they are from!

FOUR | Madewell V-Neck Tees– the best basic tees only $20 and also part of the Shopbop sale.

FIVE | See By Chloe Ballet Flats– these are my favorite ballet flats. So comfy, I have the nude color and wear them all the time.

SIX | Black One Piece– this has been my go to black suit for 4 years now. Also part of the Shopbop sale. I am in a medium for sizing reference.

SEVEN | J Brand Maria High Rise Jeans– these are my go to everyday jeans. High waisted which as a mom of two I always want and need plus the fit is perfection. Also part of the Shopbop Sale.

EIGHT| STEVEN Flats– these were by most worn sandals last Summer. Love them, they are under $100 and on sale right now.

NINE| Sweatshirt Dress– I love a good sweatshirt dress. I have this in the red and I was so excited to see it out in gray! Super cute with flats, wedges, and sneakers.

TEN| Slip on Sneakers- I bought these before a trip to NYC a few years back when I knew I would be walking a ton and love them. They are so comfy! I have the black and tan.
