I had lots of requests to share this appetizer I made over the weekend. It is super easy and so yummy not to mention it makes for a pretty presentation! Enjoy!

2 containers hummus I like the Hope or Roots brand
1 small container tatziki
2 baby cucumbers diced
cherry tomatoes halved
feta cheese
crispy chickpeas (I buy these in a bag near International foods)
olive oil
Pita Chips- I made home made pita chips (recipe below) to serve ours with but store bought works fine too)
Layer tatziki and then hummus. Top with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, feta, ands crispy chick peas. Drizzle all with olive oil and salt and pepper. Serve with pita chips.

1 package pita bread
olive oil
Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
Cut pita into triangles and layer on baking sheet. Drizzle with Olive oil and sprinkle with salt and EBB seasoning. Bake at 350 degrees about 10-15 minutes flipping once in the middle of baking.
