A few snippets of our life lately! I can’t believe it is April!! I have been loving my Community Supported Grocery Delivery each week. It is filled with fresh produce from local Farmers and makes me so happy! It is fun to create melas and recipes with the local produce.

We recently painted our house and I am so happy how it turned out. We did the house Alabaster White and the shutters Farrow and Ball Hardwick White.

Hello, I like your blog, I used to live on James island two streets over from the intercoastal water. The fresh blue crabs and shrimp is the best we caught ourselves. My son was born on Mt. Pleasant, SC in 1990.My husband retired from the Navy now. My husband and me went there for busy trip fall of 2019.The city of Charleston shopping was great !!! and the restaurants was as great also. The DuBose family from France was some of the original settlers , Ravenel, DuPont, Rembert, and other French families on my mother and father side are kin. DuBose Heyward book and now a play even on Broadway in New York city. The shopping wasn’t upscale on King street, when we lived there in the early 90’s. But the now your city have a Louis Vuitton and Gucci. I love the pink chicken kids boutique shop. I shopped there for my grandson. A pair of pajamas with a Nut Crackers print. I think Charleston is one of the pretties city!!! We travel 5 months out of a year from Helena, Montana, Denver, Col., and Salt Lake city, I love downtown.
And we have a house 15 minutes south of Houston, Texas we love that city!!! and have a beach house in Gulf Breeze, Florida. Not too impressed with that area or Pensacola, Florida. We have tried all of the restaurants but not that many. Traffic is so bad even before and after the bridge is repair. Pensacola, Florida have some upscale boutiques to shop. And Gulf Breeze has a nice housewares and gift store.
