Recent Meals

Apr 19, 2021

I wanted to share some recent lunches and dinners we have had. This is nothing ground breaking but I always love seeing other’s meal ideas to inspire me.

BBQ Chicken (on the grill with New Primal BBQ Sauce) + Corn on the Grill + Lima Beans + Arugula with cucumber, dill, parsley and feta tossed with Tessamae’s Lemon Garlic Dressing.

Tabbouleh + Hummus + Brad’s Veggie Crackers + Marinated Artichokes + Pepperoncinis

Gem Lettuce + diced carrots + pickled green beans + beets + cherry tomatoes + blue cheese +pine nuts tossed with olive oil, red wine vinegar, dijon and lemon juice | This was literally me cleaning out the fridge using stuff up and the combo was so good.

Herby Green Bean Salad + Freshe Tuna + Hummus

If you have not tried this tuna it is so good! I love all the flavors. I bought mine at Harris Teeter.

Thin Sliced Bread + whipped cream cheese mixed with lemon juice and herbs + spinach + tomatoes + red onions + pickles = a legit good veggie sandwich. The cream cheese mix is what I use on my cucumber tea sandwiches.

Green Goddess Chicken + Chopped Salad with Romaine + radishes + cherry tomatoes + cucumber + blue cheese + shallots+ chives- tossed with olive oil and lemon juice.

Leftover Green Goddess Chicken on Greek Salad

Chopped Greek Salad + Tuna + Hummus

Broccoli Salad X2

Greek Salad + Dr Praeger’s Super Greens Veggie Burger topped with hummus+ Pickled Beets

Sampler Plate | Brie + Salami + apples + fig jelly + pickles + olives + seeded crackers + Jarlsberg

Buffalo Chicken Salad on Lettuce

Roasted Sweet Potatoes topped with Roasted Broccolini + Pesto + Chicken Sausage + Pine Nuts + Parmesan Cheese.

Looks amazing! What do you use to cut up all those veggies into small pieces? Hopefully not by hand! That would take too much work. Just curious
