My Party Food Menu From the Weekend

Sep 27, 2021

I hosted a small get together over the weekend for Evans’ birthday and had lots of requests to share the recipes! I wanted to keep things pretty simple so none of these appetizers are difficult or time consuming. These are all tried and true favorites! I of course had to do Charcuterie and the rest of the recipes are listed below!

C H A R C U T E R I E | Blue cheese, apples, Rosemary Asiago cheese, salami, Ritz thins, pepperoni, smoked gouda cheese, pepperoni, truffled Marconi almonds, Gruyere, olives, honey and whole grain dijon.

V E G G I E B O A R D | Cucumbers, broccoli, baby radishes, pickled okra, carrots, squash, zucchini, celery and mini bell peppers. Dips are Ranch + Pimento Cheese + Lima Bean Hummus.

M E X I C A N R O L L U P S

1 8 oz cream cheese

1 small can sliced black olives

1 small can green chiles

8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup mayo

Tortilla shells

Salsa

Place all ingredients though mayo in a food processor and blend. Take a tortilla and spread with the mixture and roll it up. Take each roll and warp in Saran Wrap or foil and place in fridge for at least 8 hours. I usually do these the day before and leave them in the fridge overnight. Right before the party remove from fridge and slice into bite sizes pieces and serve with salsa.

B L T D I P

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayo

1 packet ranch seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

lettuce

diced tomatoes

crumbled bacon

sliced green onions

potato chips for dipping

Mix the mayo and sour cream. Stir in ranch packet and garlic salt. Spread in the bottom of a dish. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, green onions and bacon! Serve with potato chips- I love the Cape Cod Waffle chips with this dip.

F E T A D I P | My friend Jennifer made this dip and this is the recipe she used.
