I am all about easy weeknight meals and this one was not only easy to make but so good. Sterling had two servings so I consider that a huge win! I prepped and cooked the salmon very basically so if we had leftovers we could make into salmon cakes or eat over salad! The real flavor is in the noodles and green beans. I am beyond obsessed with kimchi, I eat it everyday, it is so good for your gut health. It is the perfect addition to this meal. I like to mix two of my favorites but any kimchi or pickled veggies would work! I recommend buying really good quality salmon, I prefer Alaskan salmon and darker in color. We loved this meal and hope y’all do too! Tag me if you make it!
