Hi friends! I decided I want to start a weekly or bi-weekly blog series called Nat’s Musings. If you have followed me for awhile I used to do random posts called Thoughts for Thursday or Scenes From Our Weekend- this will be kind of be a combo of both! I will share any new places I have dined in Charleston, what I am currently reading, watching and listening to, recent purchases, items in my shopping cart, recent outfits and more! Hope ya’ll enjoy this fun new series!

CHARLESTON EATS |

Two recents spots I dined at and had excellent meals

Rancho Lewis | This is a bold statement but this may be the best Mexican I have had in Charleston! The menu is just incredible. Everything I tried I loved. I had the queso and guacamole and the lunch special which I choose a chicken enchilada and beef taco.

The Establishment | I went here probably 3 years ago and this was my first time back. We went with my parents and all really loved it. The menu changes seasonally so everything is fresh and seasonal. I Had the squash salad and crab gnocchi, both were out of this world! This is a really cute spot for a date night.

READING | WATCHING | LISTENING

Currently I am reading Hotel Nantucket and loving it. It is especially fun to me since we just went to Nantucket a few weeks ago! It is an easy Summer read, I always love Elin books. Before this I read the Golden Couple and really enjoyed it. It was more of a thriller.

I have been listening to Cat Sadler’s podcast It Sure is a Beautiful Day and really enjoy it. Two favorite episodes I really loved are the one with Tata Harper and Tieghan Gerad from Half Baked Harvest.

Lipstick on the Rim with Molly Sims is another current favorite podcast. I have always loved Molly Sims and this one always has topics I am interested in like beauty, gut health, fitness and so much more!

Recently we watched Candy on Netflix- WOW so disturbing and Jessica Biel did an amazing job acting. I am also Watching the Summer I turned Pretty. It is an easy tv show to put on in the background while I work.

RECENT PURCHASES |

Calia Workout Shorts | I love these so much. They are high waisted and not too short. Currently on sale for $33

Eyebrow pencil | My friend Mel recommended this $9 eyebrow pencil from Amazon, I was a little skeptical but ordered and love it. I have shade cool taupe.

Heart Ring | I snagged this gorgeous heart ring on major sale at Shopbop. It is 60% off and just so pretty! I did a size 7.

Boll and Branch Sheets | I did a campaign with them last year and we have just loved the set of sheets they gifted me, so we bought a second pair while they are on sale for 20% off! They are the best sheets and worth the splurge.

Amazon Purse | bought this over prime day and its so good. It comes with a strap or you can carry it as a clutch. For $30 it truly looks designer.
