Burrata Pizza Dip

Sep 21, 2023

Burrata Pizza Dip

Burrata Pizza Dip

Make this appetizer next time you are entertaining and it’s sure to be a huge hit. Fun fact, I love to eat the cheese and toppings off pizza and leave the bread. When Frances saw this dip she said Mom it’s perfect for you, it’s basically like the yummy toppings off a pizza. The burrata is so creamy and delicious topped with marinara sauce, pepperonis, seasonings and more cheese! Serve with crackers or even veggies for dipping and enjoy!

Side note – mine was a little watery when I first removed from the oven. Not sure if it was from the burrata or marinara sauce. I dapped the top with paper towels to soak up extra water and the longer it sat the more it absorbed so let it sit a few minutes before serving. I would also recommend patting the burrata dry before spreading out in dish to absorb even more liquid.
