Today I wanted to share a few meals that I have been enjoying on repeat.  If it is a recipe I have shared before just click on the name and it will take you to the actual recipe!

Roasted Salmon + Avocado with soy sauce and EBB seasoning + Roasted Broccoli + Kim Chee

Arugula + Rotisserie Chicken + cherry tomatoes + kalamata olives + avocado + sharp cheddar cheese + cucumbers

toss all together with poppyseed dressing.

Tomato Pie | Asian Kale Salad | Roasted Okra

This Asian Kale Salad saves well and is great for lunch too.

Heirloom Tomatoes + Mozzarella + Basil + Trader Joe’s Vegan Pesto + Balsamic glaze

subbed burrata for the mozzarella cheese and added pine nuts.

Easy Low Carb Lunch | Swiss Turkey, Shaved Boar’s Head Turkey + whole grain mustard,  Everything but the Bagel hummus + cucumbers and tomatoes with smoked sea salt

3 Bean Quinoa Salad (except I only did two beans) | I usually make this for my lunches and then also serve with dinner.

Salmon Cakes + Roasted Asparagus + Quinoa Salad

Salmon Cakes again + Arugula + Zucchini Roasted with Parmesan Cheese

Veggie Sandwich |  Whole Grain Bread + Muenster cheese + vegan mayo + pickles + white onion + tomatoes + arugula

Chopped Italian Salad + Cauliflower Hummus + Plantain Chips

Sliced Heirloom Tomatoes with Smoked Sea Salt + Plantain Chips + Cauliflower Hummus + Tabbouleh (this is the Trader Joe’s kind)

Cauliflower Tacos

Veggie Ranch Pizza

    Natalie, am I missing something or just losing it! I used to be able to go to your site and pull up any recipe that you have ever posted. Now I only see the recent ones and I can’t find where the others are accessible? For instance, your tomato soup… Could you help me out please? Because you have some really great recipes! Thx & keep posting!
