Avocado Hummus

I always drizzle my hummus with infused Harissa olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper before serving!

Ingredients

  • 1 can White beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 Avocado, cubed
  • 1/2 Lemon, juiced
  • 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Olive Oil, (a lower fat option: substitute oil with liquid from the beans)
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Blend in a food processor until smooth
