Ah, the important things about having a baby like selecting the perfect diaper bag. I am so not a fan of traditional diaper bags that scream “I’m a mom.” I prefer to invest in a tote/handbag that could be used for an everyday bag as well. Before Sterling was born I invested in a kick ass Gucci Tote that I still love and carry as my purse frequently. Those were the days back when I was working full time and could afford luxuries like that, now I can’t be dropping that kind of money even though I wish I could. I have narrowed down the bag to a few options so help a sista out and tell me which you think would make the perfect diaper bag for baby girl. Keep in mind I will most likely use as my purse too.
OPTION ONE || GIGI NEW YORK PYTHON TOTE
I adore this tote, its python and the perfect size, plus they will emboss initials in gold that look so good. I am torn between going the neutral route and getting the black or tan or getting a fun color like magenta.
OPTION TWO || MADEWELL TRANSPORTATION TOTE
This one by far is the best price but I just can’t decide if it is too boring. It is a great size and also can initials embossed on it in gold.
OPTION THREE || MISSONI WOVEN TOTE
I have a soft spot in my heart for all things Missoni. This is a bag I could pass down to baby girl one day. Such a fun pattern, but would I tire of it?
OPTION FOUR || REBECCA MINKOFF TOTE
My mom found this tote at TJMaxx and I am kind of smitten with it. Love the leopard and hot pink combo. It zips and is the perfect size.
OPTION FIVE || ANNABEL INGALL LARGE TOTE
Love this tote, would love it just to have as a purse, but of course it is the most expensive. Is it worth the money?
and I ordered this pouch for Diapers and Wipes, so cute right? Plus it can double as a clutch for me.

Go with the GiGi NY in tan. Classic bag that you won't tire of as easily as a print! And will go with all outfits!
I LOVE the Gigi New York and have it in tan, I will warn you though dark skinny jeans will "rub off" on it where it hits your jeans. I wish I had gone with the black.
This is so tough! I like the first one and magenta would be so cute snide you're having a girl. I also love the Madrwell tote but I feel like some of the reviews said the handles are kind of short to put on your shoulder. I love the Missoni one and almost bought it in black and white over the summer. And the Rebecca Minkoff one your mom found looks nice and slouchy. I guess my fav 2 are #1 and #3.

I would get 2 and 4. 4 is fun and funky but you might want to mix it up depending on what you are wearing. 2 is classic and can used forever.

I vote 1. You should think about the strap thickness and make sure its comfortable once you fill it.
I'd go for the Phyton Tote…though choosing the colour might be more difficult! But i say go for the magenta one..since you're having a baby girl 🙂 it's a cool colour, which personally, i'd love wearing for many more times after the 'diaper bag' period is over 😉
#1 in Magenta, monogrammed. The one time you can go extra girly and it will look great! That bag has such a great texture and slouch to it.

Love all the options, but I'm definitely partial to #2 – the Madewell tote. I've had this bag for about 6 months now, and I absolutely love it. I bought it as my "work" bag, but found myself using it as a purse/tote, too. Go for that!
I love the tan snakeskin option…but have you looked into Cuyana totes? I recently ordered one and love it! It's similar to the first one you mentioned but a littler taller and there are a million colors and you can have your initials put on it as well. OH and budget friendly!

I have the Annabel Ingall tote and LOVE it. I fit my wipes, diapers, toys, and cooler with bottles and snacks in it AND all of my stuff. It wipes clean very easily too and is super sturdy and not heavy. I cannot say enough good things about it!
I vote Rebecca Minkoff. I love all of her purses. I used to want the Annabel Ingel bag but I saw it in NY and decided it was too plain to be so much.
