I made these mini Cuban Sliders for the Spoleto Finale party last week and they were a huge hit. Such a great appetizer or picnic food. They are also really fun to make with the kids. Sterling loved helping me assemble these. He also requested we have them for lunch everyday:) Enjoy!

1 pound sliced ham
1 pound swiss cheese
2 packages Hawaiian Rolls
sliced pickles
1 stick butter
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons minced onion
Cut the ham and cheese into squares. Break apart the rolls and slice in half. Melt butter and stir in dijon mustard and minced onion. Spread the butter mixture on half of the rolls. Then layer with ham, a pickle slice, and swiss cheese. Brush the tops of the buns with the remaining butter sauce. Bake at 350 degrees about 10 minutes.
