My Dad’s Chopped Salad + Amazon Pantry Staples

Jul 10, 2019

I had lots of requests to share my Dad’s chopped salad recipe. My Dad is a great cook and this salad is so tasty. Even Sterling gobbled it up and my kids are weird about salads. Enjoy!

I like to order quite a few groceries from Amazon so I wanted to share a few staples and favorites.

Tessamae’s Green Goddess Dressing- You guys know I love this stuff. I use it for my baked chicken, pasta salads, regular salads it is great on anything.

Green Mango Tea– I make a pitcher of this almost every week.

Salted Honey– I love this drizzled in my coffee. It is also great on yogurt and granola and ice cream.

Moon Cheese– one of my most favorite snacks. Costco used to carry it and now Amazon is the only place I can find the larger bags.

Shale Maple Nuts– these are the best for snacking and cheese boards.

Four Sigmatic Mushroom Cocoa- I often drink this before bed. I find it helps calm me and unwind.

Late July Jalapeño Lime Chips – this is the only place I can find the snack size version of these. Sterling and I both love them and they are great for his lunches during the school year.

The New Primal Beef Thins– this is hands down the best beef jerky ever. It makes a greta snack under 100 calories and lots of protein.

I am SO thankful for this post! I just started FWTFL, and am loving the iced green tea from Starbucks to help get me through my fast, but I needed something more financially sustainable. Ordering this tea ASAP!
