In honor of Evan’s birthday and our best friend’s wedding anniversary we decided to do a little staycation downtown. Hotel Bennett was gracious enough to host us. I had always wanted to stay at Hotel Bennett and it did not disappoint. The service was top notch, the food was incredible, and the rooms were gorgeous. It was the perfect spot to stay in our own city.

We stayed in a King room and it was gorgeous and so spacious. The bath room was heavenly.

I loved that this was the view out our window each morning.

They were so sweet and had Prosecco chilled and ready for us for Evans birthday, plus the famous Hotel Bennett pastry.

When I stay at a hotel I love to order room service. It just seems so luxurious to sit in bed and dine. I ordered the avocado toast both mornings because it was that good!! I loved that it had radishes and lots of fresh herbs.

The interiors of Hotel Bennett are so gorgeous and well done. So many intricate and amazing details. I loved all the ceiling and lighting details especially.

The rooftop bar Fiat Luxe is a must. The views are killer and they have tasty cocktails and a fun menu. I love the vibe with the dark navy walls.

The Greek Nachos here are a MUST.

The rooftop pool is so stunning. We didn’t have enough time and the weather wasn’t that great while we stayed but next tine we will be doing a cabana at the pool for sure. Our best friends pictured below that we spent the weekend with, they are like family to us and the ones who introduced and set Evans and I up.

Gabrielle, the main restaurant in the hotel just launched a new Fall menu and it was so good. Scroll down to see a few of the items we tried and loved!! How cool is that light fixture???

They had a wonderful wine selection, we loved this Pinot Noir.

Besides Gabrielle the hotel also has Fiat Luxe (the rooftop bar), Camellia’s (the famous pink bar), and LaPatisserie – a pastry and coffee shop pictured below! I love the lighting and tile floors.

We had such a lovely time and can’t wait to go back again! It was the perfect staycation. Right now Hotel Bennett is running a Charleston staycation special which when you book you get a $100 hotel credit per stay! You can use this credit at any of the restaurants or the hotel! It is easy to see why Conde Nast Traveler voted them one of the Best New Hotels in the World!
