If you are looking for a cute holiday idea to do with the kids, a hot chocolate board is so much fun. I let my kids choose what fun and special ingredients they want and then I used my Walmart + membership to order it all. We went all out- just to ensure a proper sugar high! Marshmellows are a no brainer with hot chocolate but we also added in Oreos, chocolate sticks, white chocolate chips, gingerbread men cookies, whipped cream, m&m’s and candy canes.

I use a big charcuterie board, like this one here, to arrange all the toppings. This put me in my happy place. It was like arranging Charcuterie but hot chocolate style. Then the kids can assemble their hot chocolate and pile on the toppings they love. If you need mugs, these Santa ones are adorable. I always keep mason jars on hand, they are great for so many purposes. I used them here for the chocolate sticks.

I can’t tell you how much we have loved having our Walmart + membership especially this time of the year! It has been great for groceries, school supplies, Christmas gifts, wrapping supplies- you name it!
