Nashville Recap

Apr 13, 2021

Outfit details | White Tee + Blazer + Jeans

Hi! I had lots of requests to share about our trip to Nashville. This was a trip we planned last year for my 40th and had to cancel due to Covid, so a year later we made it happen. A few thoughts- Nashville is wide open, lots of people asked if it was back to normal and everywhere we went was booming. I do recommend reservations. I didn’t get to everywhere I wanted to go because we had a big group, there were 12 of us so it was hard to fit in what everyone wanted to do. I tried to highlight the places we ate and shopped below! Nashville was such a cool and vibrant city, I can’t wait to visit again!

Flying was the same except for masks and no food beverage service on the plane.

We stayed at the Thompson hotel and really loved it. The room was a nice size and super cute. The hotel has a coffee shop, restaurant and roof top bar on the premises which was nice.

The rooftop bar had gorgeous views although our weather wasn’t the best.

Restaurants we ate at are below.

Outfit Day Two | Blouse + Jean Skirt (70% 0ff)+ Cuff is Addison Weeks and Necklace is Hart Designs

The Chef and I | Loved this spot right beside Uncommon James. Everything on the menu looked soo good, I had a hard time narrowing down what to order.

Spicy Margarita and Pimento Cheese Toast with bacon

Brussels with whipped goat cheese, so yum.

We also shared the chicken rice bowl.

Bartaco | We were stuffed and did not eat here and only had a drink but the tacos our friends ordered looked great. This was a super cute area of town. We also loved the boutique Ella Grace near here.

Cutest flower truck

Draper James was also in this part of town. We stopped in but it was crowded and hard to shop.

White’s Mercantile was the cutest little shop with filled with all sorts of goodies.

Kayne Prrime | This came highly recommended by lots of people and not one of us liked the food. It was way over hyped. We ordered so many things off the menu and it was all mediocre. The interior was cool though.

Outfit Day Three | Blouse + Jeans + Sneakers

Henrietta Reds | One of my favorite spots, I highly recommend It. Cute atmosphere, a great menu and all right food was beyond delicious.

They had my favorite sparkling rose, if you can find this buy it! I have met neighbor Rick order it for me, it is lovely.

We had the Huevos and Burger. Both incredible.

Superico | This was hands down some of the best Mexican food I have had.

Downtown on Broadway street is where all the live music was, almost every place you walked by had live music.

A few shots with my favorite people.

Awesome trip, I haven’t been to Nashville since I was a kid and I am dying to go! Btw, Superica has two locations in CLT if you ever have the craving to come back when you visit. It’s my favorite and I am a full on Mexican food junkie. My favorite are the spinach enchiladas!

I got to take a girls trip there right before COVID closed everything down, and I’m still dreaming off the brussel sprouts from the Chef and I. Yum!
