Cheeseburger Pizza

Oct 12, 2022

You heard that right two of my favorite foods combined together to make a cheeseburger pizza. My Dad makes this incredible Cheeseburger pizza and that inspired this recipe! This was a huge hit with the kids. This makes for such an easy weeknight dinner too, it comes together quickly. You can serve this directly out of the oven or top with shredded lettuce and thousand island dressing like we did. We were trying to give it a Big Mac vibe with the Thousand Island dressing.

I love the Marketside and Great Value lines at Walmart they have the highest quality ingredients for a lesser price always. They carry all my favorite organic cooking items at a lower price but same amazing quality. We use these crescent rolls all the time. This organic grass fed beef is the best price and great quality and I am very picky about meat!

I personally love the Walmart online grocery service, it makes my hectic life easier! I had all these ingredients dropped off on my front steps, so easy! If you use the Walmart Online Grocery service, you can save time by having their personal shoppers do
the hard work for you! New customers can use promo code TRIPLE10 to save $10 off their first three pickup or delivery orders. $50 min Restrictions & fees apply.

C H E E S E B U R G E R P I Z Z A

2 cans Crescent Rolls

1 pound ground beef

1/2 white onion diced

8 oz shredded Cheddar Cheese

8 oz shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1/2 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons yellow mustard

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/3 cup diced pickles

8 sliced cooked and crumbled bacon

optional – Shredded iceberg Lettuce and Thousand Island Dressing

Take the crescent rolls and press them into a large baking sheet to make a crust. Bake at 350 degrees 8 minutes and remove and let cool slightly.

In a skillet add hamburger meat and cook slightly. Add in onion, salt and garlic powder and cook. Drain any excess fat if needed.

In a bowl mix together the ketchup and mustard. Add 1-2 tablespoons of this to the ground beef mixture and reserve the rest for the crust.

Spread the remaining sauce on the crust in a thin layer. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, add ground beef, crumbled bacon, and pickles. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 10-15 minutes making sure to watch so the crust doesn’t burn.

Remove from oven and top with shredded lettuce and Thousand Island dressing if desired.
