I could eat a salad every single day. I crave them and love making different versions. This takes salads to a whole new level. I had seen this recipe floating around Pinterest for a while and decided to finally make it. Both kids were super excited about it and it did not disappoint. This is such an easy weeknight dinner, it can be made in under 20 minutes! Add any toppings you like next time I may add in some mushrooms! Enjoy!

Wow, can’t wait to make this. It sounds so much easier to make than it looks!
I literally ran out to get tomatoes so I could make this for lunch. It is so good! Thank you for sharing!!!
I bought all of the ingredients to make this tonight for dinner! I can’t wait.
Um, this was amazing! I made mine with fake meat but my husband used real ground beef and we both LOVED it. We do salads once a week and are trying to switch up our salads and this was such a treat!
Do you use a special chopper to dice ingredients for your salads? So beautiful!
I swear by Global Knives they are a game changer
