- 1-2 heads Romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 small Red onion, diced
- Pickles, diced. (I swear by Grillo's)
- 8 oz Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 Tbsp worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
DRESSING:
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Yellow mustard
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 2 Tbsp Pickles, diced. (You can also use relish, but I LOVE Grillo's pickles!)
- 1 Tbsp White vinegar
- 1 tsp Cane sugar
Cook ground beef until browned.
Stir in Worchestershire sauce, garlic powder, and a little salt and pepper. Then stir in 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
In a food processor, blend all the dressing ingredients.
In a large bowl, arrange the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, cheese and beef. Drizzle a with dressing and toss together. Add more dressing if needed!
