I have been dreaming about making these cheesy ritz pickle bites ever since I saw @food52 share @jessiesheehanbakes recipe. A buttery ritz cracker topped with a zesty pickle slice and then baked with cheese yes please!

I made these twice and I will say I recommend patting the pickles with a paper towel before placing on the ritz crackers this helps ensure the crackers don’t get soggy! Try this 3 ingredient appetizer and let me know what you think! Would be perfect for game day!

CHEESY RITZ PICKLE BITES

Ritz crackers
Sliced pickles I love @grillospickles
Sliced cheese I did a mix of havarti and Muenster
Optional toppings-
Trader Joe’s Pickle Seasoning
EBB seasoning

Layer the ritz on parchment paper and top with dried pickles and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 7 mins until cheese is melted.

Optional – Sprinkle with Trader Joe’s pickle seasoning and EBB seasoning
