This dip is going to be the hit of the Summer and it is only 5 ingredients and so easy to make. I am a huge giardineria fan so naturally I loved this dip. It is tangy, salty and creamy. The perfect dip to whip together for any Summer get together! Enjoy!

CREAMY GIARDINIERA DIP

1 8 oz block cream cheese, room temperature

1/2 cup finely shredded Parmesan Cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup Giardiniera drained

salt and pepper

In a food processor add cream cheese, Parmesan, sour cream and salt and pepper. Puree until smooth. Add in 1 cup drained giardiniera and pulse to slightly blend. Spread all in a baking dish. Top with more Giardiniera and a little fresh parsley if desired.
