Welcome back to my series Awesome Appetizers! Today we are making my Herby Green Goddess Goat Cheese! This is one of those appetizers you can whip together last minute in about 5 minutes and it will truly wow your guests! If you haven’t tried the @kosterina @bakedbymelissa Green Goddess Olive oil it’s a MUST, the flavor is incredible! This Goat Cheese is so simple and so delicious! Enjoy!
HERBY GREEN GODDESS GOAT CHEESE
1 large log Goat Cheese
Roughly 1 cup chopped fresh herbs – I used basil, dill, parsley and rosemary.
1 tablespoon Trader Joe’s Green Goddess Seasoning (could also sub a Greek or Italian seasoning here)
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup pine nuts

Finley chop all the herbs and add in the salt, Green Goddess Seasoning and red pepper flakes. Spread out on a cutting board and roll the goat cheese lightly mashing until log is covered. Place on a serving dish. Drizzle with olive oil and top with Toasted Pine Nuts. Serve with your favorite crackers.,
