I love nothing more than to make a batch of pasta salad cleaning out random veggies I have on hand. I call this Kitchen Sink Pasta Salad because you can literally throw anything in it and it’s delicious. I keep it easy with a store bought dressing I’m using @yomamasfoods Greek Dressing here I love that it has no sugar in it. This saves well for several days in the fridge! It is great to pack in kids lunches too.

KITCHEN SINK PASTA SALAD

1 box pasta (any shape or size works)
Cucumber
Cherry Tomatoes
Red onion
Green Bell Pepper
Marinated Green Olives (using @kosterina olives here)
Pepperoni
Mozzarella Pearls
Parmesan
Parsley
Any Greek or Italian dressing
