I made this appetizer last weekend and it could not be easier or tastier! It is basically just toasted naan flatbread topped with all my favorite ingredients! You could truly do any toppings you like, but I really liked these paired with the hummus and feta! The drizzle of pesto at the end is chef’s kiss! Try this easy appetizer and let me know what you think!

1 package Naan bread (with two pieces in it)
Hummus (I love Ithaca)
Sun-dried Tomatoes
Baby Spinach
Marinated Artichokes (sliced smaller into quarters)
Pine Nuts
Pesto
Feta crumbled
Lightly Toast the naan bread about 5 minutes on 350 degrees. While it toasts place the spinach in a skillet pan with a drizzle of olive oil and salt and pepper. Cook 3-5 minuets until spinach is just lightly cooked.
Lay the toasted naan on a cutting board. Spread with hummus. Top with spinach, sun dried tomatoes and artichokes. Slice into bite size pieces. Sprinkle pine nuts and feta over the top. Drizzle with pesto and serve!
