
The easiest one pot dinner idea! My best friend Jennifer shared this recipe with me that she said all 3 of her boys love so I couldn’t wait to make it this week! And I have to agree it was a huge hit with my kids too and healthy! Plus you gotta love a dinner that can be made in one dish. The veggies cook perfectly and the chicken is so tender and delicious in the sauce.


ONE POT ITALIAN CHICKEN VEGGIE BAKE
2 packagers chicken tenders roughly 2 pounds
1 large head of broccoli
1 red bell pepper
2 squash halved and sliced
2 zucchini halved and sliced
1 teaspoon coarse salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 bottle Italian Dressing (used Olive Garden here)
Bake at 350 degrees about 40 mins stirring partially
Top with fresh parsley + Parmesan cheese and enjoy !
