Let’s make the best damn Veggie Sandwich EVER!
A few key components:
Good seeded bread is key I have a few different ones I like but my current favorite and what I’m using here is @theavocadobreadcompany. 2 legit spreads I’m using @toom garlic spread which I found at Costco + @traderjoes Italian Bomba spread. I love the creamy garlic spread paired with the slightly spicy pepper spread. Veggie cream cheese and Sundried tomato pesto are another great spread combo. Always toss your lettuce with a little olive oil and or lemon juice and lots of fresh sea salt and pepper! Any cheese would work but I love Pepperjack! Warning this will be a little messy to eat but it’s beyond delicious!!!

Seeded or Multigrain Bread using @theavocadobreadcompany
@toom Garlic Spread
Trader Joe’s Italian Bomba spread
Pepperjack cheese
Sliced red onion
Sliced cucumber
Sliced tomato (season with sea salt and pepper)
Sliced pickles (@grillos always)
Sprouts
Sliced avocado
Arugula tossed with olive oil and sea salt

Layer all together and enjoy!
