I’m being honest I could care less about the Super Bowl game but I am always here for the appetizers, drinks and halftime show! This recipe is basically a spin on one of my favorite easy dinners Veggie Ranch Pizza. This the perfect dip because it’s savory, flavorful and loaded with veggies. The olive tapenade really makes this dip pop. Added bonus it’s loaded with veggies so you can snack without too much guilt! Recipe below!
V E G G I E R A N C H P I Z Z A D I P
2 8 oz cream cheese
1 packet Ranch Seasoning
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayo
Cauliflower (finely chopped)
Broccoli (finely chopped )
Grated carrots
Diced red onion
1 red bell pepper diced
4-5 tablespoons Trader Joe’s Cracked Olive salad or olive tapenade
In a food processor add room temperature cream cheese, ranch packet, sour cream, mayo and cheddar cheese. Blend until smooth.
Place in serving dish. Stir in half the cauliflower, broccoli, red onion, carrots, bell pepper and olive relish. Stir together well and spread evenly in dish.
Top with the rest of the broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, carrots, bell pepper and olive relish. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
