
I get on a roll with what I like to eat for lunch and recently my obsession has been these Greek Salad Hummus wraps. They are so delicious and so easy. They come together in less than 10 minutes. My current favorite wraps are the B Free Grain Free wraps. I really love the avocado ones, they are only 100 calories, really soft and tasty. This is best enjoyed right after you make it as it can get soggy. Enjoy!

G R E E K S A L A D H U M M U S W R A P S
For the Greek Salad Filling:
Shredded Romine
Diced tomatoes
diced cucumber
diced red onion
diced orange bell pepper
chopped kalamata olives
sliced pepperoncinis
crumbled feta cheese
salt, pepper, drizzle of olive oil and juice of about half a lemon
Wrap of your choice (I love the B Free Avocado wraps)
1-2 tablespoons hummus (I used Ithaca plain hummus here)

Toss together all salad ingredients in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Stir together. Take your wrap and lay it on a plate. Spread with a layer of hummus. Scoop Greek Salad on top in middle. Roll up and cut in half. Enjoy!
