This is the perfect Summer dress under $40! It is so versatile you could easily dress it up or down. It is made of a lightweight linen material and hangs perfectly. I am in a size small it runs pretty TTS if not slightly on the larger side. It has pockets and I am still loving the off shoulder look. I went for a more casual look but you could easily dress this up with heels and fun statement earrings!
