Copycat CHICK-FIL-A Kale Crunch Salad

Feb 27, 2024

If you are like me and love the Kale Crunch Salad from Chick Fil-A then you have to try this make at home version. It is so easy to make and pretty identical to their version. My main complainant there is they never give you enough, I always order 2. With this make at home version you can have a serving size as big as you want! The nice thing about this salad is kale and cabbage are pretty sturdy lettuces so this will last in the fridge 2-3 days. Try it and let me know what you think!

CHICK-FIL-A KALE CRUNCH SALAD

1 small head green cabbage shredded thinly
1 small head kale stemmed and shredded
1 cup sliced almonds
1 tablespoons olive oil

DRESSING
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons distilled vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon white wine
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon Dijon

Place the kale and cabbages in a large bowl. Add oil to a small skillet and lightly toast the sliced almonds. About 5 minutes and then sprinkle with salt. Remove from heat and set aside.

To make the dressing simply place the maple syrup, olive oil, distilled vinegar, apple cider vinegar, Dijon, juice of 1 lemon, white wine, salt and pepper in a mason jar or dressing shaker. Shake well to mix all together.

Pour the dressing over the kale + cabbage and use your hands to massage it in. Add in toasted almonds and toss again. Enjoy!
