Today I have two awesome dip recipes to share. If you guys are hosting any holiday parties these are always a hit! Both are super easy to whip together and they can be made ahead time. Beware though they both are addictive it is hard to restrain myself around these dips. Enjoy!

C R A C K D I P (adapted via Plain Chicken)
1 16 oz container sour cream
1 ranch packet
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (I recommend Cracker Barrel and shred yourself)
6 pieces bacon cooked and crumbled
green onions
Truffle chips (you can find at World Market or Trader Joe’s)
Combine the sour cream, ranch packet, shredded cheese, part of the bacon and green onions in a bowl. Just reserve a few green onions, cheese, and bacon to sprinkle on top to make it look pretty. we serve ours with Truffle Chips- it is an amazing combo but you could also do Ruffles.

F E T A A R T I C H O K E D I P
1 14 oz artichoke hearts drained and chopped
8 oz feta cheese
1 4oz jar diced pimentos drained
1 cup mayo
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (plus more to sprinkle over the top)
1 minced garlic clove
Carrots and Celery + Pita Chips for dipping
Mix first 5 ingredients together and place in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle extra Parmesan on top. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes until bubbly. Serve with carrots, celery and pita chips.
Did you like the crack dip better than your loaded potato dip? I make the loaded potato dip a good bit and it is a hit!
Both are good and pretty similar actually!
Thank you for always posting such yummy and easy recipes.
what is a ranch packet?
It is by hidden valley and called a Ranch Dip packet in section where dressings are.
Both look delicious! They are on the menu for New Years Eve! Thank you!
Cannot wait to make the crack dip and share NONE of it!!
