A few things I am loving in 2016. A few of them I own and the rest are wish list items:)
Since we are in the midst of planning our tropical vacation for this Summer I have resort wear on the brain. I actually ordered this suit awhile back during the shop bop sale. I love it, the fit is great and it is reversible! The other side is all black.
Peter Thomas Roth Irish Mor Mud Mask
I recently got this face mask and I am loving it. It stings at first which I like to think means the impurities are coming out of my skin. Afterwards my skin feels so incredibly soft and refreshed.
The Food Lovers Cleanse Cookbook
Bon Appetit is by far my favorite cooking magazine I subscribe to, so when I saw this cookbook was coming out I immediately ordered it. It is perfect for clean eating ideas for those of us who love food.
The cutest cover-up and the price is great under $90.
also comes in black.
I received a sample of this perfume and have been hooked ever since. I loved the smell so much I just ordered the bottle. It smells heavenly. Light, fresh and not over powering at all.
This would be super cute with booties now and then flats come Summer!
I love the idea of this bracelet set. You get to choose 5 bracelets to build your own stack. Currently on sale too!
This brush will rock your world. I am hooked. I used to just use my fingers to apply my tinted moisturizer but this applies it so much better. It really makes your skin look flawless and almost air-brushed because it gets in your pores and spreads it evenly.
The perfect nude blouse. It would go with everything for every season. It also comes in black.
I have fitness on my brain for the New Year and I am loving these new Zella Leggings.
I am still loving the off shoulder look. The black and white pattern on this top makes it pop. Would be cute with jean shorts this summer or colored jeans now. It is priced under $100.
This is cutest travel bag and only $75. The size is perfect for a weekend get away. I am actually thinking of ordering one for Sterling and Frances putting their initials on it. It is a classic bag they could use for years to come.
These tees are some of my favorites. I own two different ones now. I love that the fit is loose and longer. The pair great with leggings and jeans.
Everyone’s favorite cover up from last year is back out in new colors.
i love that blue romper — im so excited to start buying non-maternity clothes again! xo jillian – stop by! I'm hosting a giveaway on cornflake dreams
Nice, now I'm obsessed too! I love all these pikcs!
Perfect timing. I am going to Tulum, Mexico in a month and need to start snagging up some warm weather stuff. It's snowing in DC today! I'm a shortie and think the Jcrew blouse will be a great tunic for the beach and with shorts.
LOVE the colorful handbag!

We just got back from Playa Muejeres, Mexico and stayed at the Excellence resort. I highly recommend any of their resorts. Fantastic customer service and all inclusive!
I wish that Coconut water wasn't so bad for you..so much sugar and carbs per can bc it sounds delicious!!
I love all your picks, it's as if your writing your blog just for me as my husband (along with another couple) are going on a barefoot cruise in the BVI/U.S. Virgin Islands the first week of March. I would highly recommend our trip, we fly into St. Thomas and board our own 72 foot yacht to sail the seas and visit the islands thru out the week. Diving, food, drinks, etc, is all included. We are going thru Sublime Sailing, it's expensive but the best trip you can do (we've done this trip once before). You do have to book about a year in advance… so maybe next year for you two.
You should definitely look into Secrets St James in Montego Bay, Jamaica! It is amazing! Everyone treats you like family and it's an all inclusive adult resort! I've been twice with my family and we're going again in October! They also have a resort in Mexico!
Funny! I bought the two things you picked from the Lilly sale yesterday, along with one other dress! Love the blue romper!!
For BVI/USVI we stayed at Little Dix Bay. Caneel Bay, their sister property, is supposed to be even better. Pricey, but we went in off season (end of May) and got a great deal. It did take some time and some small plane rides to get there though. You can also take a boat shuttle to island. Jetsetter always has great deals on great vacay properties, so it is worth checking weekly.
I live in Elsas! I love the clutch. We went to St. John in 2011 and had an absolutely wonderful time. We rented a house to stay in for a week. I will say food was WAY more expensive than other places we've been, such as Mexico.
I went to the BVI's on my honeymoon and am already planning our return trip! We absolutely loved the Bitter End Yacht Club in Virgin Gorda. It was like summer camp for adults. They had activites (like snorkeling and day trips to Anegada) but you could also just take out a 10ft doreys and cruise over to all of the other islands. All BVI island beaches are open to the public – so we were able to find our own private beach for the day. Our room overlooked Richard Branson's private island. It was an amazing trip and I highly recommend it!
Sorry – didnt mean to post as unknown! This is Lindsey @ hulmelindsey@gmail.com
I can see why these are all obsessions, love everything! We recent went to Punta Cana and stayed at the Hard Rock hotel and LOVED it!
St. John USVI is by far our favorite place to go!
I love the BVIs! You should definitely check out Peter Island Resort, it is amazing and was our favorite place we stayed. I would recommend staying somewhere where there are convenient options to do day excursions. When we were at Scrub Island, we did several day trips that were so fun – we visited the Baths at Virgin Gorda one day and did an Island(more like bar) Hopping excursion day(the bars at Jost Van Dyke are a must!). We also flew into St Thomas and stayed at the Ritz, which was ok – I would've preferred to stay on St. Johns, or even fly into Puerto Rico next time and take a little plane to one of the islands, skipping St Thomas all together. Hope this helps – have a blast planning!
Now, you make me want to go on a beach vacation and buy a whole new wardrobe! We will be attending a beach destination wedding sometime in the Fall. I may have to purchase a few of these for the trip!
I cannot recommend St. John, USVI highly enough! We have gone every year since our honeymoon – this year was trip #6. After our week-long honeymoon, we started going for two weeks. It's THAT AWESOME! It's an unspoiled, non-touristy PARADISE! Check out Caneel for understated Rockefeller elegance, or any of the AWESOME villa rentals (Apito is our favorite)! No all-inclusive resorts here (there is a Westin, though), but if you're looking for an off-the-beaten-path, quirky, natural paradise, STJ is your island! I just finished posting this year's trip report to my blog, so let me know if you'd like an invite (it's a private blog). Happy planning! Planning is the BEST!
Ok, love that Maya bag. I am getting my hands on one of her bags this year, I missed out last Summer!
I ditto the earlier comments on St. John, USVI. We went on our honeymoon 10 years ago and have been back every year since. Although we go other places as well, we still can't find anywhere as great as STJ. You should try it…I promise you will love it!
OMG!!! I love all of your recs on this post!! Great job and thank you for sharing! I am looking into the romper and you will totally rock it! I am scooping up the tassel blouse from jcrew and that tunic!!
I cannot believe I missed that elsa!!! uhhhhhhhhhhhh
Happy day to you!
