I have posted my mom’s salmon recipe on instastories a several times- it is a family favorite so we make it often! Whenever I post it I get tons of requests to share it! So I am finally typing it up here for you guys! It is super easy and so tasty. Both Frances Moon and Sterling love it!! The measurements are approximate so make more sauce or glaze if you need it! I love capers so I usually pile them on. You can see two ways we served it above for meal ideas! Enjoy!

1 pound Alaskan Salmon
1/2 stick of butter
1/4 cup white wine
3- 4 tablespoons capers
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup mustard (I did a mix of dijon and yellow because it was what I had on hand!)
Place the salmon in a baking dish skin down. Sprinkle with salt and pepper generously. Melt the butter and mix that with the white white. Pour over the salmon. Top with the capers. Bake at 325 about 15-20 minutes depending on the size of salmon. Remove from oven and spread the brown sugar mustard mixture over the top. Turn oven to broil and broil about 3-5 mins until sauce is bubbly!

A few of my current favorites!
BeautyCounter Eye Make Up Remover
I love the new eye make-up remover. It is gentle and really removes all your makeup.
Countermatch Adaptive Moisturizer
I love all the products in the new Countermatch line but especially this lotion. I have mentioned before I have really dry skin and this is so moisturizing. It provides 24 hours of hydration.
The plumping face mask is definitely my favorite. You can tell it is working while you wear it and afterwards I promise you your skin will feel tighter, smoother and plumper. Go and read the reviews too everyone loves it. This is such a great set, the face oil and spray are also amazing. This would make an awesome Mother’s Day gift.
I swear by the BeautyCounter lipgloss. Most of the times when you guys ask me what color I am wearing it is Peony from the BC line. I also love Azalea and Dahlia.
I have been using these probably 3 years now. I use them after I wash my face and before I apply my serums and moisturizer. I feel like they really deep clean my skin and leave it feeling so fresh.
What type of white wine do you normally use for this recipe? Chardonnay, Sauvingon Blanc?
