I had an abundance of greens in our fridge so I decided to whip up a little veggie sauté. I used broccoli, kale and zucchini but you could use any veggies to make this Spicy Greens Skillet with Feta. The key is to cook in olive oil with the Trader Joe’s Chili Garlic Crunch. Gives it the perfect flavor and heat! I added some chopped pistachios and creamy feta and it was the best combo- salty, creamy, spicy and vibrant! We ate this alone but would be excellent paired with grilled chicken or fish! Enjoy!

Ingredients
1 head broccoli chopped
1 zucchini halved and sliced thinly
2 cups kale or spinach
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons Chili Garlic Crunch
1/4 cup chopped pistachios
1/3 cup crumbled feta
Instructions
In a skillet heat olive oil and chili garlic crunch. Add in broccoli and zucchini and cook about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add in kale last as it cooks quicker! Cook until kale is wilted. Remove from the heat and top with crumbled feta and chopped pistachios.
