Today I wanted to share a few of my all time favorite salads.  Perfect for entertaining or just lunch!  I always get asked what dressing I use for my salads and Garlic Expressions is my go to!  It is the best on everything from pasta salad, to regular salads.  You can find it at most grocery stores but you can also order it HERE in bulk on Amazon.  We made this corn salad a few nights ago and everyone loved it!  You can easily assemble it ahead of time and then toss with dressing right before serving. It is so yummy with the fresh corn and veggies!

C O R N  S A L A D 

4-5 ears corn

1 pint cherry tomatoes quartered

4 green onions sliced

arugula

1 yellow bell pepper diced

queso fresco crumbled

Garlic Expressions Dressings

Shuck the corn and wrap in foil.  Roast at 350 degrees 20-25 minutes.  Let cool then cut the corn off the cob.  Layer arugula in the bottom of a salad bowl and then top with corn, tomatoes, cheese, onions, and bell pepper.  Toss all with dressing.
