I hosted a fun little brunch with a few close friends over the weekend. We do a lot of entertaining at night with wine and charcuterie but I wanted to do something different this time and hatched the idea of a brunch. We did a Bloody Mary bar + Mimosas with lots of finger foods. Below are the recipes I used! We also had a huge plate of bacon because duh bacon is always a good idea, cheese whisps, and prosciutto cheese roll ups.

This was inspired by my recent meal at Restoration Hardware. They had such a lovely Smoked Salmon board I wanted to recreate it. We bought the smoked salmon at Costco. I served it with toasted mini bagels, creme fraiche, chopped dill, pickled onions, and capers.

I used my favorite chicken salad recipe HERE but added celery. I bought mini croissants and then halved them to make them smaller.

These are the best deviled eggs. I used this recipe HERE. If you can’t find coconut skura, you could sub champagne vinegar or white vinegar. I also added in a little pickle juice.

This is one recipe I get asked to make over and over again. It is always a crowd pleaser.

This is a simple as buying your favorite Pimento cheese and white bread. I love Callie’s Pimento Cheese, My Three Sons, and Red Clay. I always use the thin Pepperidge Farm White Bread with a little mayo.

My friend Megan gifted me this tray from her store it was perfect for the Bloody Mary toppings. It is now sold out at her store but I also found it HERE on amazon. I did pickled green beans, pickled okra, celery, pickle spears (Grillo’s are the best), olives, pepperonicins, white cheddar cheese and tomatoes. I made a few skewers but then had a glass with sticks for people to make their own. I had two different kinds of Bloody Mary mix- Zing Zang and Seaside and used a carafe for the mix. I also had lemons and Red Clay Bloody Mary Salt our for rimming the glasses.

I ordered these “toss ware” glasses and carafe from Amazon and can’t recommend them enough! I will be ordering them for every party from now on. I served the champagne with tangerine juice and frozen raspberries.
